1. Introduction

Welcome to llmsecure. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the llmsecure platform, including our website, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

llmsecure provides an LLM input validation API that detects and prevents prompt injection attacks. The Service is offered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product and is intended for use by developers, businesses, and organizations integrating large language models into their applications.

2. Account Terms

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Not share your account or API keys with any third party without proper authorization.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach any security or authentication measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service.
• Exceed the rate limits or usage quotas associated with your subscription tier.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

llmsecure offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
• We may change our fees at any time by providing at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
• If payment fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or downgrade your access to the Service until payment is received.
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service, excluding taxes based on our net income.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by llmsecure and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.

By using the Service, you grant llmsecure a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input data solely for the purpose of providing the validation and detection services. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use your input data for training or improving our detection models without your explicit consent.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LLMSECURE, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service, including any false positives or false negatives in prompt injection detection.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. llmsecure does not guarantee that the Service will detect all prompt injection attacks or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings in the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We will retain your data for a reasonable period following termination to allow you to export it, after which it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.
